The focal point of the living room is the cozy leather sofa with large TV (incl. Amazon Prime), suitable for quiet TV evenings. A new stereo system with Bluetooth and USB is available. The house has its own wifi. A
A cozy table is available for communal meals. In the living room, one person can sleep comfortably on the sofa (1.00m x 2.00m), it
can also be pulled out to form a double sleeping surface, ideal for children. In the extension, accessible from the living room through a glass door, there is a new, high-quality recamière, which can be extended to a single bed measuring 1.00m x 2.00m.

The open country kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, 4-plate gas stove, hot air fryer, Senseo pad coffee maker, toaster, kettle, popcorn maker, hand mixer, blender, knives in mint condition, high quality cutlery and beautiful tableware.

The bathroom impresses with a great spacious wellness shower, washbasin, make-up mirror and WC. A hairdryer is available.

Special attention is paid to the newness of our mattresses. These are medium hard. In the bedside tables are integrated USB ports for charging mobile phones and also a power outlet. The double bed has a total area of 1.80m x 2.00m, with two single mattresses 0.90m x 2.00m.

All vacation homes are located on the vacation island Vislust in Onderdijk. The surrounding area, with its very good transport links, offers the mix of nature, beach, sea, leisure activities, quiet at night, short distances to museums and sights. Also for your children there is a lot to experience in the surroundings. The Ijsselmeer is only knee deep near the beach, perfect for splashing around for the little ones. A large adventure playground is within 5 min walking distance or an indoor swimming pool is within 5 min driving distance. So absolutely nothing stands in the way of the perfect vacation for the whole family.

In only 5 minutes walk from the dike, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Ijsselmeer. By the way, your pet is very welcome here. You can also reach the dog beach in a few minutes walk.

The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities, (boats and bicycle rental) are also within walking distance. Whether to kite surf, swim, fish, sail, bike, hike or just lay in the sun – golf & mini golf opportunities, everything is possible here.

You would much rather go shopping, freshly baked fish, island hopping, visit a typical Dutch weekly market or a museum…?

Here, the historic port cities of Hoorn (18 km), Enkhuizen (14 km) or Medemblik (3 km) are certainly worth a visit.

To Amsterdam it is only about 60 km, perfect to reach via Hoorn in the Park & Ride with public transport.

The island of Texel can be reached by car and ferry in about an hour, as well as the beautiful North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast.

Final cleaning: 60€ in cash, on site.
Environmental fee: 3,50€/per person over 18 years in cash, on site.

150€ in cash, on the spot. Will be refunded upon departure.
