Our holiday park

Small fine cottage park surrounded by water (total only 70 buildings).
In 2015 newly built light-flooded neat vacation home on a small fine complex in Noordholland.

This is located on an island of about 2 hectares in a large lake, accessible via a bridge. The house is furnished with all the utensils you need for a relaxing vacation.

The cottage is regularly renovated and lovingly maintained. It is bright and not visible from other neighbors of the place.
You have your own boat mooring right by the house.

The living space

The house is furnished with all the utensils you need for a relaxing vacation. Comfortable furniture, well thought-out kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms, bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower. You also have a second bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet.

You have a utility room with washing machine adjacent to the second bathroom at your exclusive disposal.

The entire house has underfloor heating and is therefore pleasant to use all year round. The outdoor area offers all the possibilities of recreation. You can sit on the jetty, in the garden or even in the entrance area. Everywhere you will find oases of rest and upscale seating.

Spacious – cozy dining area

The living room with comfortable couches and flat screen TV with German TV program invites you to relax. Well thought out floor plan that gives you a huge feeling of space. Sliding doors tempt you to pass through to the terrace.

Please note that parts of the cottage are lower than new construction houses. In some places the ceiling height is only 2 meters. But there are no restrictions in the bathroom for tall people.

The neighborhood

All vacation homes are located on the vacation island Vislust in Onderdijk. The surrounding area, with its very good transport links, offers the mix of nature, beach, sea, leisure activities, quiet at night, short distances to museums and sights. Also for your children there is a lot to experience in the surroundings. The Ijsselmeer is only knee deep near the beach, perfect for splashing around for the little ones. A large adventure playground is within 5 min walking distance or an indoor swimming pool is within 5 min driving distance. So absolutely nothing stands in the way of the perfect vacation for the whole family.

In only 5 minutes walk from the dike, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Ijsselmeer. By the way, your pet is very welcome here. You can also reach the dog beach in a few minutes walk.

The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities, (boats and bicycle rental) are also within walking distance. Whether to kite surf, swim, fish, sail, bike, hike or just lay in the sun – golf & mini golf opportunities, everything is possible here.

You would much rather go shopping, freshly baked fish, island hopping, visit a typical Dutch weekly market or a museum…?

Here, the historic port cities of Hoorn (18 km), Enkhuizen (14 km) or Medemblik (3 km) are certainly worth a visit.

To Amsterdam it is only about 60 km, perfect to reach via Hoorn in the Park & Ride with public transport.

The island of Texel can be reached by car and ferry in about an hour, as well as the beautiful North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast.

Middle season: from 01.04. until 31.05. – 155€/per day
High season: from 01.06. until 31.08. – 175€/per day
Low season: from 01.09 to 21.12. – 125€/per day (from 01.11 to 21.12 gas -10 euro/day)
Christmas/New Year’s Eve: from 21.12. until 07.01. – 135€/per day(Gas-10 Euro/day)

Final cleaning: 85€
Environmental fee: 3,50€/per person 18 years and older

The cozy vacation resort Vislust is located in West Frisia in the province of North Holland on a small island in the middle of the lake “Groote Vliet” in the immediate vicinity of the port city Medemblik on the Ijsselmeer.

Here you will find an idyllic, family atmosphere. Whether for families, vacations with dog or if you want to fish in peace and quiet – Vislust is an ideal location to spend a relaxing vacation on the vacation island, to practice water sports or to discover the typical West Frisian environment.
