In the house
– approx. 45 m² are optimally distributed over a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 connected bedrooms, a hallway and the shower room. Due to the design of the house, the room height is 1.93 – 2.03 m.

The
living room – comfortable leather couch, flat screen TV, double doors to the terrace, radio/CD and optional WLAN (can be booked additionally via the vacation park administration).

A modern gas heating system provides cozy warmth in winter.

The house is perfect for 2 adults people and 2 smaller children or 1 teenager. Up to 2 dogs are also possible.

Kitchenette with appliances (fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, gas hob with oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, milk frother, hot air fryer, kettle, crockery, glasses and cutlery). All kitchen utensils are available. Dining table for 4 people with bench and 2 chairs.

Small bathroom with shower (80×80 cm), washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

The beds
– Bedroom: 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm), – Children’s room: 1 bunk bed with 2 sleeping places (90 x 200 cm), closet

Laundry room

In the front building at the entrance barrier there is a communal laundry room with washing machines & dryers (washing tokens are available for purchase from the site management).

Boating

At the administration you can rent a boat for small excursions.

For example, you can drive to the direct center of Medemblik, or in the other direction to the nature reserve Boxwei. All waterways are labeled. The boats are license free in the offered size and speed.

Playground

There is a small, fenced-in playground near the front parking lot.

The surrounding area, with its very good transport links, offers the mix of nature, beach, sea, leisure activities, quiet at night, short distances to museums and sights. Also for your children there is a lot to experience in the surroundings. The Ijsselmeer is only knee-deep near the beach, perfect for the little ones to splash around in. A large adventure playground is within 5 min walking distance or an indoor swimming pool is within 5 min driving distance. So absolutely nothing stands in the way of the perfect vacation for the whole family. In only 5 minutes walk from the dike, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Ijsselmeer. By the way, your pet is very welcome here. You can also reach the dog beach in a few minutes walk. The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities, (boats and bicycle rental) are also within walking distance. Whether to kite surf, swim, fish, sail, bike, hike or just lay in the sun – golf & mini golf opportunities, everything is possible here. You would much rather go shopping, freshly baked fish, island hopping, visit a typical Dutch weekly market or a museum…? Here, the historic port cities of Hoorn (18 km), Enkhuizen (14 km) or Medemblik (3 km) are certainly worth a visit. To Amsterdam it is only about 60 km, perfect to reach via Hoorn in the Park & Ride with public transport. The island of Texel can be reached by car and ferry in about an hour, as well as the beautiful North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast.

Cost depending on season
Middle season: from 01.04. until 31.05. – 125 €/per day
High season: from 01.06. until 31.08. – 135 €/per day
Low season: from 01.09 to 21.12. – 105 €/per day
Christmas/New Year’s Eve: from 21.12. until 07.01. – 145 €/per day
Low season: from 07.01. until 31.03. – 105 €/per day
Final cleaning: 60€ in cash, on site.
Environmental fee: 3,50€/per person over 18 years in cash, on site.

Deposit
150€ in cash, on the spot. Will be refunded upon departure.
